英語全くわからんけどアカウントの登録情報教えろってのは伝わった。
がZip Code とSecurity question registered with the accountがわからん
Security question registered with the accountは完全に忘却してる。
Zip Code はそもそもなにかわかんない。初めて聞いたよ。
ってかこの内容をどういう手段で送ればいいかわかんない。

はMOわからんからよくわからんけどyour birth?がSecurity question だったなら
your birthは出身地

ってあるからhereのところに情報を送って欲しいメールアドレスかサイトにリンク貼ってあるかと思われるが。
全体的に言ってることは
「送ってもらった情報を元にして君がアカウントの所有者だと確認できたら、リクエストに答えるよ。だから分かる範囲で登録した情報送ってね、照合するから。」
ってことです。
郵便番号らしいっすね
ずっとpostalなんちゃらが郵便番号だと思ってましたw
